The D-Day Festival Normandy, taking place from 28th May in the landing beaches area (Manche & Calvados) presents festive events to celebrate the Allied Landings of 6th June 1944. The Festival includes: air shows, parachute drops, parades, concerts, reconstructions giant picnics and many more!
D-Day Festival Normandy 2016
For the 72nd Anniversary of the Allied Landings and the battle of Normandy, the 10th D-Day Festival Normandy invites locals and tourists to celebrate freedom!
From 28th May to 12th June 2016, more than 120 events will be organised, from Utah Beach to Sword Beach.
Result of the renewed collaboration between the nine tourist offices of the D-Day and the Battle of Normandy Coastal area, this programme, coordinated by the tourist office of Bayeux Intercom, is available online, on the event official website.
