Novembre Gourmand (Tasty November) is a month-long event dedicated to food & gastronomy, throughout November in Caen (Calvados). Markets and tastings will give you the opportunity to discover new flavours; you will be able to meet with professional chefs during cooking lessons as well as book signings. Many workshops for adults and youngsters are organised and you may also enjoy the various exhibitions displayed such as La Normandie des Gastronomes XVII-XX siècles in the Musée de Normandie!
